 ·         Vince Molinari — CEO of GATE Technologies, a leading private company exchange platform. Its Global Alternative Trading Engine, or "GATE Platform," is rapidly establishing what are expected to become the default marketplaces for numerous illiquid/alternative asset classes in multiple geographies. Mr. Molinari has been the driving force behind GATE’s mission to create new market infrastructure that brings efficiency, transparency, and liquidity to the unstructured global alternative asset markets. His vision is based on a core belief that actionable knowledge and information drive investments, and that technology can close the gap between traditional and emerging alternative markets. Mr. Molinari, who acted as an expert witness at the recent Hearing entitled “Legislative Proposals to Facilitate Small Business Capital Formation and Job Creation”, will be providing key insight into some of the recent legislative proposals that will undoubtedly impact the evolution of our capital markets system.

 ·         Lou Kerner is a Managing Director of the Private Shares Group at Wedbush Securities, where he provides in depth research on the private companies driving the social media revolution. Prior to joining Wedbush Lou was the co-Founder of SecondShares.com, a blog providing news, commentary and Wall Street style research on social media companies. From 2003-2006 Mr. Kerner was President of Bolt.com, a leading social network which grew from 500,000 monthly uniques to over 20 million unqiues in three years. Prior to Bolt, Mr. Kerner was the CEO of The .tv Corporation, which licensed the top level domain (.tv) from the tiny island nation of Tuvalu. From 2000-2002, .tv grew to over 100 employees in Los Angeles, London and Hong Kong, and over $20 million in annual revenue, before being acquired by Verisign (Nasdaq:VRSN). Prior to .tv, Lou had a distinguished career as an equity analyst following domestic and international cable and satellite companies for Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Kerner has a B.A. from U.C.L.A. and an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.

 ·         Jason Jones - Founder of HighStep Capital, an investment firm the finds and invests in innovation, with a particular focus on the impact of the Internet on business & society.  HighStep Capital has two divisions, a public markets team the runs a global Internet focused long/short equity fund and a private markets team, which helps established private companies solve their cap table and liquidity needs by investing in secondary shares offered by employees, ex-employees, angel investors, and VC investors.  Prior to founding HighStep, Jason worked as an Internet focused portfolio manager at J. Goldman & Co, a NYC long/short equity hedge fund.  Previously, he was an Internet analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co and he was a venture capital analyst at Cambridge Associates.  He has also co-founded four venture backed, web-based startups and he has consulted with Connotate Technologies and MasterCard on investment related data mining.  Jason received his BS from Babson College and his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

 ·         Linda Smith — CEO of FaceCake Marketing Technologies, Inc., a pioneer and innovator in personalized interactive marketing whose cutting-edge virtual Try-On technologies and unparalleled marketing process patent enrich the relationship between brands and their consumers. FaceCake will be demonstrating Swivel—the first full motion, 3-D, real-time virtual dressing room—which has generated a tremendous amount of excitement from the international community since its launch at DEMO Spring 2011. Swivel was featured at the 2011 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in July and the Microsoft Australia Partner Conference 2011 in August.

·         David Schieffelin – CEO of 24/8, an emerging private company possessing an innovative technology platform using microelectronic sensing materials, wireless communications architecture and a powerful analytic engine of proprietary algorithms to gather, store, interpret and transmit physical activity (motion and force) and other information through the cellular and local communication systems. The Company’s initial product also acts as a “gateway” for the transmission of medical and other information through the communication systems. The platform and systems are embedded into products that currently address the rapidly growing international mobile health/wellness and sports markets, through commercial partnerships with major corporate and/or healthcare leaders.
